There is no way to know for the user what the default coinjoin strategy is according to the GUI.
Now the user has to do lots of thinking: what is coinjoin, what is a strategy, what are the differences between strategies, which one should I select etc...

Making it obvious what the default is will be a way better UX:
Average user accepts/selects the default and clicks next.
