General Description

How To Reproduce?

  1. I created a new profile using --datadir option
  2. Started WW with that new profile
  3. Opened settings
  4. I cannot change settings.

#12564 was merged recently, so maybe that's the reason.

This is the normal behavior. #10544 (comment)

The message tells you why the settings are disabled:

I would probably slightly modify the message to make it more clear.
