Missing permissions for Flatpak

General Description

The Flatpak version is missing permissions for accessing the home folder, so the app resets every time it's restarted.

How To Reproduce?

1. Setup your wallet
2. Close the app and open again

Logs weren't saved, because the home folder wasn't' writable.

Version 2.0.3.0 downloaded from Flathub.

Now I've also noticed that the wassabee service doesn't stop when closing the window, even if "Run in background when window closed" is disabled. I fixed that by not allowing "Background" in Flatseal. By default it's unset.

Edit: If the setting "Run in background when window closed" is enabled and I close and reopen the app, it will spawn another wassabee instance, rather than attaching to the existing one running in the background.

The Flatpack version is not maintained by us. Be careful using it.
