希望支持多点触摸，把触摸手势的窗口消息（事件）标准化 #31

多点触摸分为三层

1、从系统中获取多点触摸的点
2、将这些点坐标输入到算法中，用算法识别手势
3、将手势消息发到对应窗口（需要标准化消息）
