Call for testing: ZLint v2.2.0 release candidate

I've cut a new release candidate, v2.2.0-rc1.

Testing would be appreciated. If you find any problems feel free to report them in this issue. I will plan to cut a final v2.2.0 release in the next week if no problems are identified, per the "Versioning and Releases" guidance in the README.

Since the first RC we:

• Fixed a bug with the e_tls_server_cert_valid_time_longer_than_398_days validity calculation and cut a v2.2.0-rc2 release to include the fix. That was ~9 days ago and nobody has flagged any troubles 👍
• Rolled in another gTLD data update to mark the .metlife gTLD removed.

I've pulled both changes into the v2.2.0 final release. No sense cutting another RC just for a gTLD data update. Also doesn't make sense to cut a new release with stale data.
