[Feature] Adding option feature to run cli tool in the backround and sent an email when product will show up

This is something I myself was thinking to code before I found this repo;
Availability may be checked by interval specified by user (not to often to not get blocked)
The email may be replaced by any notification on the user OS.

I have only experience with scientific python, but I would like to try to build something like that.

Would PR like that be welcome?
