Attaching GDB (and hitting Ctrl-C to interrupt) results in ZNC shutting down when continued #1823

Noticed that if I try to debug ZNC, when I let it continue running, it proceeds to shutdown.

No, but most programs can handle being attached normally, and it would be nice if ZNC did too.
