Error when trying to upload a network or a location file

Hello, I am running the site from a Docker container as the guide recommended, I did already create the database, but when I am getting errors when I am trying to upload a network or a location file (I made the export from the Android app).

Sorry, I did not, I simply tried to upload the .csv I exported from the Android app. It worked perfectly after following the correct steps, thank you. It's an awesome tool :)
