Button to control sound in webpage

Please give a .html example with a button that controls audio in all webpage, like the button in Windows and other operating systems. This also can have range forms to control each audio tag for manage audio playing with the relevant audio tag.

I'll elaborate a check list, that is easy to understand and wok.

• Write examples/soundbutton.html;
• In this file, include a sound button/img like seen in the sound button in Windows' taskbar;
• When click in this button, show a menu with which user can enable/disable sound in the whole page;
• Too, user can use a range bar to control volume between 0% to 100%;

This is the basic. Soon, if you enjoy it, I'll create a new issue with more feature suggestions for this sound example.
