update bugged

What happened?

after updating i loaded in on my ship but the game is completely bugged out, framerate is like 3/second and i cant move, sometimes on launch it will throw me around in the boat but i cant do anything, had no issues before update

Steps to reproduce

happens every time i load into my main world

update, tried building a new raft in a new world, the second i place the modded raft my character freezes, cant move can only jump for some reason, as soon as i did my character started careening to the bottom of the ocean

Have you tried 1.6.9?

Also please attach error logs for GitHub issues, makes it hard to help without them 😅
