Describe Your Environment

  • Version of ZoneMinder: v1.37.56
  • How you installed ZoneMinder: PPA

Describe the bug
If pause is pressed or the event is fully viewed then Panning "Shift + mouse click" does not work when viewing a recorded event
While the event is being viewed, i.e. frames change Panning works.
Zooming works without problems.
Panning should work similar to zooming.
