License field in META file uses non-standard name #2

If this project uses the Artistic 2.0 license, you should have "license": "Artistic-2.0",

If it uses the Artistic 1.0 version as shown on the Perl.org site "Artistic-1.0-Perl".

Other standardized identifiers can be found at https://spdx.org/licenses/
