Description

Scenario:
Text page block in two languages but only 1 language is filled.

It would be nice that if you then remove that pageblock that you would get a mention that there is text in another language. So you don't accidentally delete the pageblock that actually had some content in another language. Cause the user interface makes it look like its just an empty pageblock.
