a) It aborts if user zotonic was previously created.
b) It fails trying to locate webmachine libs

Since user config has been moved out of the Zotonic install dir, now is the time to create a proper Debian package. Maybe work with @CyBeRoni on that?

It should work without having the source available first, though. Currently I don't believe that is the case.

Closing, as we no longer intend to maintain a Debian package. We ship some Docker images instead.
