Allow , separated filters for resource types

The Zowe Explorer allows comma separated filters for data sets, e.g. ABC.* , DEF.*.
It'd be good to do this for the CICS resources for program, transaction and file so a user can type A*, B* which then gets turned into the string PROGRAM=A* OR PROGRAM=B*.
