Add an option or environment variable to hide the progress bar

The progress bar/activity indicator that is shown when running certain commands is not necessarily useful to users who are using Zowe CLI in scripts or who are running headless as part of a CI-CD pipeline.

Describe your enhancement idea

Add a --no-progress or similar option for commands that display a progress bar, and/or add an environment variable that, when set to true, causes commands to not show a progress bar.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Provide any additional context
The progress bar can put a lot of text in logs.
