Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

ZE doesn't look at ENV vars when calling ProfileInfo.readProfilesFromDisk if there is a workspace open. Only if there is no workspace open

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice to be able to use the same config files even if the home changes in the CLI

Describe alternatives you've considered

Opening a separate vscode window with no workspace
