Allow filtering of Jobs by status and other options

Many users would like ability to filter by status and other attributes like Job Class and job Output Class

Describe the solution you'd like
Jobs search dialog should allow user to enter job status as a search filter. Job Class and job Output Class would be other very nice to have options.
