Need to click on a job link twice to get a list of output files

Describe the bug

When working in a browser based VS Code, when I submit a job and and click on the job link in the user notification message, the job is properly selected in the job view.

However, when I expand it, no files are shown. I have to click the link once more (or click the refresh icon) to get the list of output files.

Expected behavior

After clicking on the jobid link for the first time I see the job and can expand it to see the output files - without having to do a refresh or clicking the jobid link again.
