In order to test the PTF, we need to have an FMID and a PTF.

Currently, staging SMP/E variant (e.g. #510) produces only 5 artefacts:

pd.htm
smpe-build-logs.pax.Z
smpe-promote.tar
zowe-smpe.zip
zowe.pax

but we need (e.g. #446)

AZWE001.TMP0001.zip
AZWE001.zip
pd.htm
smpe-build-logs.pax.Z
smpe-promote.tar
zowe-smpe.tar
zowe.pax
