Prerank input question

Hi there,
Thanks for creating such an awesome library.
When I try to use the prerank function, I am not sure if the input data need to be log-transformed or not.
That is, the fold change should be transformed into log space (typically, log2 scale). Thank you.

prerank means you could use any ranking metric your like. Whether log-transformed or not dependent on your input data. for RNA-seq TPM/RPKM data, we commonly use log2 transformed.
