Add:

!ban [reason] - bans user with optional reason
!kick [reason] - kicks user with optional reason
!unban - unbans user
!mute [duration/reason] [duration] - mutes user with optional reason, if reason is specified, duration must be after reason
!unmute - unmutes user
!warn [reason] - adds warning to user
!warns [user] - lists all warnings for user
!delwarn - deletes specified warning

Also add punishment system for mute and warnings - if official timeout system from discord works good then use it
