What OS are you using (uname -a, or Windows version)?

Darwin Js-MacBook-Pro.local 18.0.0 Darwin Kernel Version 18.0.0
OSX 10.14

What programming language are you using (C/C++/Go/Rust)?

rustc 1.30.0 (da5f414c2 2018-10-24)

What did you expect to see and what you saw instead?

Hi,

I'm using web-view's rust project, and can't get transparency to work anymore.
I've cherry-picked and this used to work with 02aa1dc, but since recent commits, break that feature.

More info about how to reproduce Boscop/web-view#38.

Do you guys have any idea?
