希望更新功能能支持db-ip数据库 #128

我观察了一下，db-ip数据库的下载链接格式为

https://download.db-ip.com/free/dbip-city-lite-{YYYY}-{MM}.mmdb.gz

如 https://download.db-ip.com/free/dbip-city-lite-2022-08.mmdb.gz

并且该地址没有任何鉴权，隐身模式访问可以直接下载，所以这个应该是可以做到自动更新的，希望作者大大能加入支持~

nali 目前可以通过在配置文件中增加配置项并指定下载链接下载。目前配置文件中的下载链接不支持字符串格式化，所以你还需要自己搭建一个跳转接口，从固定 url 跳转到 DB-IP 的可变下载地址。

DB-IP 主要提供付费数据库，目前付费数据库需要用户手动下载，nali 不提供自动下载。
