比如这个解析地址用nali显示移动，但其实这个地址段是内网CDN地址段

这样nali就意义不大，现在很多qqwry.dat是官方的，准确率低，找qqwry.dat官方太慢了，如果可以自行定义就后续直接知道ip的详细含义，会比qqwry.dat进一步精确，可以搞个这个功能不

比如这个地址库还是不准，如果能提供优先判断一个自定义地址库就好了，如果优先没有IP地址就读取qqwry.dat 官方提供的，这样增加nali的准确性，使用的工具主要是精准定位，但发现数据精确性低就意义不大
