Windows clipboard will truncate text at NUL character, Scintilla will replace NUL with space on copy (see SelectionText::FixSelectionForClipboard()), thus copy text with embedded NUL is impossible currently.

Notepad++ Binary content Clipboard format ("Notepad++ Binary Text Length") is removed by commit 15c38ca.
The format is not documented.
