Code update to support Open SSL v1.1.0

Hi - will this be updated so that the "make" step can run while using Ubuntu 18.04 with Open SSL v1.1.0? Currently it errors out with an "ecwrapper ECDS_SIG" error.

I did run "make" under Ubuntu 16 with Open SSL v1.0.2 and it worked fine, hence why I think it is an Open SSL issue. Plus some other posts that I saw for other coins mentioned a similar error.

If the code isn't going to be updated soon, is there a way (or article or link you could provide) to allow people not familiar with Ubuntu, as to how to complete the step successfully under Ubuntu 18.04?
