Diffrent versions (countrywise or even releases throughout a games shelflife) show up independently in the web UI.

It would be nice to have just one item shown in the overview of a platform, and on the games page itself a dropdown to select the specific version of said game (PAL, NTSC, a1, whatever) if there are more then a single version (and rom files with diffrent tags, for example a custom mod) for the same platform available

Yes I like this idea, this will be a cleaner UI

How would you address this from a bulk selection perspective in the gallery? Like, if I select a game with more than one region and I click the download button, which one should download? All of them?

Maybe each rom should set one region/revision/etc by default and just going to the details view you can chose a different one

As previously mentioned there could be a "main" rom by user choice, then the others will be treated as secondary.
When a download is requested a popup could ask the user which files to download via checkbox.

This aproach can be expanded to be used as DLCs and patches management.
For example let's say that I have this tree

roms
└── switch
    ├── DLCs
    │   └── Switch Game [01234567890] - Pretty Armor Set DLC.nsp
    ├── Patches
    │   └── Switch Game [01234567890][v2345].nsp
    └── Switch Game [01234567890][v0].nsp

RomM in this case will knows that Switch Game [01234567890][v0].nsp got some patches and some DLCs.
It know that because the name is identical (with some addittions) or in the case of the Switch it got the same TitleID.

When I download that game it will ask me if I want to download the patches and DLCs as well.

Throwing my hat in for this feature as well - I've got a number of "dupes" that I would love to group together.
