Suggest floor numbers

I noticed I often open the "new floor" panel and type "1", "0", "ok". Granted it's only once per building, but still, it might be the reason I skip this for smaller buildings. The floor field should have pre-filled lines for floors 1, 2, and 3, depending on how those are represented in the country.

Idk how to learn the country-specific numbering: probably by looking around.
