Hi @rgadeev, I'm not really sure what I'm looking at, and I'm not really inclined to downloading random ZIP archives to my computer. Would you mind elaborating and creating a PR with the proposed changes to the relevant files?

Also, this is only my development branch, the main branch is at TheLabbingProject/django_dicom.
