Warn-Hinweis anzeigen bei Browsern, die keine Sprachausgabe können #12

Vernünftige Sprachausgabe scheinen derzeit nur Chrome und Safari zu bieten.

Bei anderen Browsern sollte vorerst ein Hinweis erscheinen, mit der Bitte 'Chrome' zu verwenden. Auf Android ggf. direkt mit einem passenden Link im Play-Store.

Die Problematik ist nicht nur Browser- sondern auch Bestriebssystem-spezifisch.

Es läuft auch problemlos unter Microsoft Edge
