zxing.org was simply the best (meaning technical, non-marketing) QR code generator.

Do you know something about it?

Sorry, for reasons I don't understand, it freezes up every night or so. I have to restart in the morning. Should be Ok again.

Maybe. But if you depend on it you should run your own copy

FWIW, all I know is that a month ago or so, it started freezing up once a day or so - memory usage spikes and the whole thing stops responding. The code hasn't change much, if at all. There isn't a spike in CPU or requests (and it blocks sources that send a lot). Really weird. I'll keep trying things, maybe make a new VM, who knows.
