Include data transformation scripts for each dataset

Our datasets are usually derived from one or more datasets to make up for the fact that sometimes the original dataset is no longer available and we need to find several sources to properly reconstruct the original.

To make this process more transparent and reproducible, we should provide the scripts used (along with any dependencies, if necessary) to perform that transformation.

As the number of datasets added grows, this issue is likely to become too big, so it's better to think of it as an umbrella issue for the following specific datasets:

• Inspec
• Semeval2010
• KDD
• Krapivin2009
