Error in bindings: action InsertSpace does not exist

Description of the problem or steps to reproduce

I did mention this over two years ago, but seeing as this still annoys me, i'm creating this issue.

The following bindings.json:

    "Alt-d": "InsertSpace"
}

produces the following error.

Error in bindings: action InsertSpace does not exist

It did work before, but after an update, as mention in the comment linked above, it broke. InsertSpace is still listed in the documentation. PR #474 seems to touch on this.
