Описание проблемы

При использовании флага emitEvent: false не устанавливается значение в селект через cotrol.setValue()

Шаги воспроизведения:

  1. Вызвать у контрола метод setValue() c флагом emitEvent: false

Ожидаемый результат: значение отобразилось в контроле
Фактический результат: значение не установлено.
