在两篇评测论文中Test dataset中的 Symptom Examination Disease Treatment Body个数分别为2311 3143 553 465 3021，但是final_gold_truth.csv中的Symptom Examination Disease Treatment Body个数为2257 3013 516 451 2875
所以想问一下final_gold_truth.csv有哪些缺失项，非常感谢！

抱歉，时间有点久远了，dataset 中的 test 应该是我做的模型得到的测试结果，而 final_gold_truth.csv 则是官方给出的标记结果（即标准答案），用两者对比得到准确率等信息
