Describe the bug

ORAM: after update submenus generate 500: Internal Server Error

To Reproduce

1 create SD using BalenaEtcher and 2024-03-01-zynthianos-bookworm-aarch64-oram-2403.zip
2 switch on my zynthian
3 connect zynthian to ethernet
4. open webconf and launch update
5. reboot
6. open webconf : submenus generate 500: Internal Server Error (excluded HELP submenu)

This is resolved by reverting last change. The feature to add bug reporting in webconf (which was used by @Piattica to report this issue) is flawed. The code is being run on every page, not just the main dashboard. I removed the code and will have another go at this at a later date.
