I said "my name is", "testing testing", "demo" in clear english.

It can only recognize words set in the grammar. If you want it to recognize additional words, it needs to be aware of them at runtime. As far as the demo goes, it is working as expected, as I've only used the small sample grammar supplied by voxforge.

See the README for instructions on configuring the grammar yourself.
