I added a screenshot - that really helps a lot to judge how much effort a review is. Thus, it helps to speed up a review.

Here are my first comments (no full review yet)

• Usually footprints of this type need to get scripted with https://github.com/pointhi/kicad-footprint-generator. But the scripts do not support different pitches in x/y direction

• The circle on F.Fab needs to go
• The Part should be rotated so Pin1 is in the top-left quadrant
• The bevel on F.Fab should be smaller (25% of package size, so 0.5mm)
• I don't understand why the silkscreen-corners are asymmetric. Is there a reason for that?
• The keywords have 11 pin

I have found a kicad footprint generator project already generated a footprint of another LGA based sensor, will update this footprint also with that utlity in a free moment.
