HSMC Card Template

I have created a template that adheres to the Intel/Altera HSMC specification. It is a fairly simple template that makes use of some of the new symbols and footprints I've developed.

Do you also have 3D models for it?

I created 3D models and made a pull request, but there was a licensing issue. Unfortunately, I don't have time to make the models from scratch.

I'm going to close this PR for now, pending the addition of the appropriate symbols and footprints.

There is no problem in leaving it opened, in that way we can avoid duplication of work. I would recommend to keep it open. Don't worry about the time it can take to review all the parts, we are very patient!
