Python implementation for split videos

Requirements

• You must need to download and install the ffmpeg library from https://pypi.org/project/ffmpeg-python/
• You must have installed a python version (3.4+) in your computer

Run local

1. Open a cmd or terminal
2. Move to the root folder of the project
3. Run pip install -r requirements.txt
4. Run python video.py
