Description

Automatic release script, it will:

Updating ./VERSION automatically
Updating ./meson.build automatically
Adding stub release description to ./data/com.usebottles.bottles.metainfo.xml.in
open vim and jump to the stub line
stage changes, commit, and create tag for it
wait for manually pushing

Type of change

make life better
