Adding an all-new Cairo Store (written in HTML)

I've just begun programming of an all new Cairo Store where you can get themes, and maybe in the future extensions and apps, for your Cairo installation. You can contribute to this, too. The store is written in primarily HTML and CSS, and is hosted on Replit.
To the lead developer: please change the domain to store.cairodesktop.com (it would aid significantly in the discovery of the store, which would aid in the discovery of applications and themes).
