[feature request] Fixed Header layout in Search Page

In _search page, There is no way to access the header after scrolling.
I think this makes it difficult to search again.
It can go back to top of page by clicking first search result title. but it seems just like a hack.

I want an easy way to search again. By fixing header layout, or another way to improve UI.

I do not need to stick to this reason, but I think that it can merge well with the feature (#414) under development.
