I have confirmed the problem and this warning is very useful.

In my opinion, the solution is not to add a warning, but to fix the issue.
If you don't want to put the link to an external website, you can either:

• ask @a-gave to copy those files on the official repo
• link these ones instead https://repo.libremesh.org/releases/2023.1-rc2-ow22/targets/x86/64/
