What are your opinions on Issue templates?
I'm in favor of introducing them because they make it clear what the relevant information are.
Feel free to give feedback or propose changes.
This PR currently targets
develop, to take effect it most likely has to be done tomasteras well.As soon as a decision is made, I will create another PR if necessary.
