LibreScholar

LibreScholar is an open source scholarly literature search engine that combines OpenAI and Google Scholar to assist in literature review. As a researcher, you ask a research question from LibreScholar and get a list of relevant publications as a result.

Getting Started

Setup

  1. Clone the git repository

    git clone https://github.com/penberg/librescholar.git
  2. Install dependencies

    npm i
  3. Set .env file

    Make a copy of .env.example and fill in the configuration for OpenAPI.

  4. Start the application:

    npm run dev
  5. Open the URL http://localhost:3000 with your browser.
