+ tests for pages, entry_pages, exit_pages and common filter types
Doesn't currently make sense because filtering on imported data is only allowed for one property at a time. Referrers are only displayed when there's a source filter - therefore referrer drilldown would always come up empty.
Same as with referrer drilldown
