This PR is not useful - we ship different modules/packages depending on the targted Spark runtime version. The targeted Spark runtime version is part of the artifactId - Spark has breaking changes between minor versions (including but not juts dependencies) - so, we need to keep one package per minor Spark runtime version.

org.apache.spark:spark-sql_2.12:3.1.1->3.5.1azure-cosmos-spark libraries will need releases
