BARE v1.1.1.0 *not mandatory*

We do this release to stabilization of network and due to new hard coded seeders.

Fixing issues in Sporks

We update some issues in Sporks, and made a better build system, now all clients are smaller in release
on Linux is now Ubuntu 18.04 and higher recommended!
we release also files for Ubuntu 16.

Add now arm32 binarys, tested on Raspberry Pi3b+
